What are Fantastapack's order shipping options and how much do they cost? Can I change the shipping option after my order is placed?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. We have the best-negotiated rates with the nation’s leading logistics providers to ensure you receive the best price and service. Fantastapack ships your order from Kent, WA or Lowell, AR.
At this time, we offer the following freight options:
- UPS Ground
- FedEx Ground
- UPS Second-Day Air
- FedEx 2 Day
- FedEx 2 Day AM (2 Days / AM delivery)
- FedEx Express Saver (3 Business Days)
- UPS Three-Day Select
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx Priority Overnight
- FedEx First Overnight
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. To get a shipping quote, add all items you wish to buy and go to your shopping cart: under the recap of your order, you will see a shipping calculator. Enter your Country, State, and Postal Code to get an estimate for all options instantly.
Please note that if your order is ready on a Friday, on a weekend, or a holiday, it will ship on the next business day.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment to your doorstep! Please allow a couple of days for the tracking number to show any results upon receipt.
You can also find your tracking number in your account: just click on the order number you wish to see the details of and search for it right under the Product line. When you click on it, you will be taken to a UPS or FedEx tracking page with details of your shipment status.
Unfortunately at this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada.
Please note: Canadian customers may be subject to additional customs charges and brokerage fees after the order is placed that Fantastapack does not control.
Unfortunately, Fantastapack does not provide a split shipment option at this time. Each order — whether it contains several line items or just one — ships to one location only. You can only select one shipping address during checkout.
If you need to ship each line item in your shopping cart to different locations, you will need to delete other line items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout with only one line item.
Can I Change the Shipping Option After My Order is Placed?
We do offer the ability to change your shipping option after the order is placed for box orders for quantities of 5 or more. You will be able to request a change up to 24 hours after your artwork was been approved for production.
Sample orders, or box orders for quantities of 4 or less and shipped out in 5-7 business days, do not have this option, and changing the shipping method is not permitted once the artwork has been approved for production.
If you would like to request a new shipping option when it is applicable, email our Customer Service at email@example.com along with the following information:
- Order ID or Last Name for your order
- New shipping option requested - This will allow us to send an invoice for the new shipping option
- Requested Delivery Date - so we can advise you on the best new shipping method
Please Note: Once your artwork has been approved for production, you will have 24 hours to request a shipping service change, cancel your order, or amend your artwork. You can reach our Customer Service support Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM PST for any order change. Packages are shipped from Kent, WA. Rush Production can be unavailable without prior notice due to high volumes.
