Do you offer Will Call for order pick-up at your business?
For customers local to our facility (Kent, Washington), we can offer a Will Call pick-up service when possible. Restrictions apply.
If you are interested in setting up will call for your order, please place your order following our standard ordering process on our website, and once your order has been placed, contact us (email@example.com) to see if we can accommodate your request.
Please note: There is no way to select Will Call beforehand as you are placing your order in our automated system.
Fantastapack Reserves the Right to Deny this Request at its Sole and Absolute Discretion.
Furthermore, we do not refund your shipping charges as this process is out of our normal ordering process.
This request cannot always be granted for storage space and manual labor available on the day your order is foreseen to ship out from our facility. It is important that you request this each and every time you place an order and wish to have Will Call as it is, therefore, subject to availability.
All orders are subject to our current business day production lead time for full production orders from the date that your artwork is approved and sent to production. To learn more about our current lead times, click here.
If your Will Call request is made after your order is ready for shipment or has shipped, we can no longer accommodate this request.
